Richard Justice (sports Journalist)
Richard Justice is a columnist for MLB.com. He used to work for ''The Baltimore Sun'', ''The Washington Post'', ''The Dallas Morning News'' and the ''Houston Chronicle''. Justice is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a correspondent for ESPN, and occasionally appears as a guest on their programs ''Pardon the Interruption'' and formerly on ''Classic Now''. He has made five appearances on the program/game show ''Around the Horn'', though he has won only once. He is also a frequent guest on Tony Kornheiser's podcast. Following a stint as a weekly contributor to the morning show on Sportsradio 610, Justice hosted his own sports talk program on 1560 AM KGOW ('"The Game"). The show aired M–F at 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. KGOW (1560 AM) is a Vietnamese language terrestrial full service radio station based in Houston, Texas, United States, owned by Gow Media, LLC. KGOW's programming schedule is leased to a third party group that utilizes the broadcast day to air Vietnamese focused programming for southwest Houston, Bellaire, and the areas in southwest Harris County where 1560's signal is strongest. Viet Radio programming is simulcasted on 1480 KNGO Dallas. The daytime transmitter site is located in Lochridge, Texas, across from Brazos Bend State Park. The nighttime transmitter site is in western Harris County, halfway between Katy, Texas and Hockley, Texas. Footnotes
A note is a string of text placed at the bottom of a page in a book or document or at the end of a chapter, volume, or the whole text. The note can provide an author's comments on the main text or citations of a reference work in support of the text. ''Around the Horn'' (''ATH'') is an American sports Round table (discussion), roundtable discussion show, conducted in the style of a panel game, produced by ESPN. The show premiered on November 4, 2002, as a replacement for ''Unscripted with Chris Connelly'', and has aired daily at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Zone, ET on ESPN ever since. The show has been recorded in New York City since September 8, 2014, and has had over 3,600 episodes aired as of 2018. The program emanated from Washington, D.C., where it was located in the same facility as ''Pardon the Interruption'' (PTI). Production still is based in Washington, D.C. ''Classic Now'' is a program that aired on ESPN Classic between August 2005 and March 31, 2006. The show was hosted by Josh Elliott from a studio in New York City rented by K2 Productions. ''Classic Now'' mixed interviews with sportswriters and analysts on current sports topics with flashbacks of past sporting events. The show aired at 7 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. Pardon The Interruption
''Pardon the Interruption'' (abbreviated ''PTI'') is an American sports talk television show that airs weekdays on various ESPN TV channels. It is hosted by Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon, who discuss, and frequently argue over, the top stories of the day in "sports... and other stuff" (as Kornheiser put it in the show's original promo). For thirteen years Tony Reali also appeared as the statistician and correcting errors that Mike and Tony made. Similar in format to Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert's '' At the Movies'', ''PTI'' is known for its playful banter between the cohosts, humorous and often loud tone, and a "rundown" graphic which lists the topics yet to be discussed on the right-hand side of the screen.
