Rey Del Ring (2004)
The IWRG Rey del Ring (Spanish for "King of the Ring") refers both to an annual tournament and a professional wrestling championship promoted by the Mexican Lucha libre professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). From 2002 until 2011 the IWRG ''Rey del Ring'' only referred to an annual 30-man tournament, but as of the 2011 tournament there is also a physical championship belt that is and can be defended throughout the year. As it is a professional wrestling championship, the championship was not won not by actual competition, but by a scripted ending to a match determined by the bookers and match makers. On occasion the promotion declares a championship vacant, which means there is no champion at that point in time. This can either be due to a storyline, or real life issues such as a champion suffering an injury being unable to defend the championship, or leaving the company. Francisco Javier Pozas (born February 3, 1964) is a Mexican professional wrestler, or luchador, who is best known under the ring name El Pantera, but has also worked as Pantera II, El Manaya, América, Tritón and TANAKA over the years. Sensei (born September 16, 1978) is a Mexican ''Luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler, currently working for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). He previously worked for International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) as Fantasy where he won several titles. Sensei's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Championship
The IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Championship (''Campeonato Intercontinental de Peso Medio IWRGL'' in Spanish) is a professional wrestling championship promoted by the Mexican wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). The official definition of the Middleweight weight class in Mexico is between and , but the weight limits are not always strictly adhered to. Because Lucha Libre puts more emphasis on the lower weightclasses, this division is considered more important than the normally more prestigious heavyweight division of the promotion. The current champion is Tonalli who defeated Dr. Cerebro for the title on May 29, 2022. Tonalli is the 43st overall champion and the 29th person to have held the championship. Guillermo Martinez Cid (born July 29, 1972 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican ''luchador'', or professional wrestler known under a variety of ring names, primarily Bombero Infernal. He was the first person to wrestle under the name AK-47 but was later replaced, he also worked as Matrix, Kraneo, Capitán Muerte and Temerario Infernal. Último Vampiro (Spanish for "Last Vampire") is a wrestling gimmick or character played by at least five people over the years. The character has always started out as an '' enmascarado'', or masked wrestler and only on one occasion has the person playing the Último Vampiro lost his mask. The character is a portrayed as a Vampire and included a mask with stylized bat ears and generally using a black and gray color scheme on the mask and full body suit. Naucalpan, State Of Mexico
Naucalpan, officially Naucalpan de Juárez, is one of 125 municipalities located just northwest of Mexico City in the adjoining State of Mexico.
