Rein Loik
Rein Loik (born 30 July 1950 in Kehra) is an Estonian politician, mountain climber and sports figure. In 1973 he graduated from University of Tartu in economic cybernetics. From 1975 to 2003 he was active in alpinism, and was also a member of Estonian team of alpinism. From 1989 to 1992 and from 1996 to 1997 he was Estonian Minister of Education. On 17 January 2017, he was elected mayor of Viimsi. On 7 April 2020, Rõuge Rõuge ( vro, Rõugõ) is a small borough (') in Võru County in southeastern Estonia. It is the administrative centre of Rõuge Parish. Reins are items of horse tack, used to direct a horse or other animal used for riding. They are long straps that can be made of leather, nylon, metal, or other materials, and attach to a bridle via either its bit or its noseband. Kehra
Kehra is a town in Anija Parish, Harju County, Estonia, most known for its pulp and paper mill. The town is situated on the banks of the Jägala river, and has a station on the Tallinn-Narva railway. As of January 1, 2021, the town had a population of 2635. Etymology Kehra village, the town's namesake, was first mentioned in the Danish Census Book as ''Ketheræ'' in 1241''.'' Before 1688, the village had also been referred to as ''Kecere, Kecnere, Kedere, Kederikull, Kedder, Keyher, Kether, Kädder(e)'' and ''Keddar''. Viimsi
Viimsi (german: Wiems) is a small borough ( et, alevik) in Harju County, Estonia, about northeast of the centre of Tallinn, just north of Tallinn's subdistrict Merivälja. Viimsi is the administrative centre of Viimsi Parish. As of the 2011 census, its population was 2,341. Viimsi Manor, which was established by St. Brigitta Nunnery (in Pirita), was first mentioned in 1471 as ''Wiems''. After the Great Northern War, the manor had multiple owners, among them the Stenbock, Buxhoeveden, Maydell and Schottländer families.
