Reda Seyam, also known as Ghana Prakesh or Gnanavel (the one with two horns), was a German-Egyptian Islamic militant and an official in the Islamic State (IS). He has been described as a 'veteran of jihad' and is the highest ranking German member of the Islamic State. Background Reda Seyam was born in 1959 or 1960 in Egypt. He joined the Bosnian mujahideen in 1994, fighting in the Bosnian War (1992–95). He later moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1998. Reda Mahmoud Hafez Mohamed (Arabic: ) (3 March 1952 – 3 December 2013) was the commander of the Egyptian Air Force. Mohamed was also the minister for military production in the interim cabinet led by Prime Minister Hazem Al Beblawi. Biography Reda Mahmoud Hafez Mohamed graduated from the Egyptian Air Academy in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in aviation and military Sciences. The following year he saw active service in the October or Yom Kippur War. He has flown several aircraft including the Aero L-29 Delfín, MiG-17, MiG-19, MiG-21 and the McDonnell-Douglas F-4 Phantom II. Reda Mansour ( ar, رضا منصور, he, רדא מנצור) is an Israeli Druze poet, historian and diplomat. He has published three books of Hebrew poetry and received the University of Haifa Miller Award as well as the State President Scholarship for young writers. Mansour was born (1965) in the Druze village of Isfiya in northern Israel.
