Red Rocks College is an at-grade light rail station on the W Line of the RTD Rail system. It is located alongside 6th Avenue at its intersection with Arbutus Drive in Lakewood, Colorado. The station is located approximately to the north of the Red Rocks Community College campus, after which the station is named. Lookout Mountain (Colorado)
Lookout Mountain is a foothill on the eastern flank of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains of North America. The peak is located in Lookout Mountain Park, west-southwest ( bearing 245°) of downtown Golden in Jefferson County, Colorado, United States. 6th Avenue Freeway
U.S. Route 6 (US 6) is a part of the U.S. Highway System that travels from Bishop, California, to Provincetown, Massachusetts. In the U.S. state of Colorado, US 6 is an east–west highway stretching from Utah to Nebraska. Much of the route overlaps other highways in Colorado, and as a result, much of US 6 is unsigned. Route description US 6 is concurrent with Interstate 70 for a significant portion of its length from the Utah state line to Denver. When the highway enters the western Denver suburbs, US 6 coincidentally aligns with 6th Avenue in the grid system, where it is known as 6th Avenue Freeway. FasTracks
FasTracks is a multibillion-dollar public transportation expansion plan under construction in metropolitan Denver, Colorado, United States. Developed by the Regional Transportation District (RTD), the plan consists of new commuter rail, light rail, and express bus services. Six new light rail, electric commuter rail and diesel commuter rail lines with a combined length of will be constructed under the plan. Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) is a Public university, public community college in Lakewood, Colorado, Lakewood and Arvada, Colorado. It is part of the Colorado Community College System. History RRCC was established in 1969 as a campus of the Community College of Denver and opened at a temporary site until the Colorado legislature appropriated funds for construction of a permanent campus at the school's present Lakewood campus.
