''Ready Or Not'' is the eponymous debut studio album by Filipino artist, Young JV, produced and distributed by Doin' It Big Productions and PolyEast Records respectively. The album was released on July 25, 2009 in CD and digital download formats and a limited repackage edition CD + DVD was rereleased in 2011. Part of the ''Ready Or Not'' sales will be donated to the education of children whose soldier fathers perished in Mindanao. In November 2011, the album was certified platinum by PARI during the 7th ASAP Platinum Circle Awards 2011. Young JV
Eduardo JV Arancillo Kapunan III (born July 23, 1990), known by his stage name JV Kapunan and also known as Young JV, is a Filipino hip-hop recording artist and actor. He became famous for his first single in 2009, "That Girl" which was composed by himself. He produced his first album, ''Ready or Not'' under PolyEast Records and Doin' It Big Production. He performs on the variety show '' ASAP'' and is a member of an all-male group, A-pop, which is composed of JV himself, Sam Concepcion, Nel Gomez and Jaco Benin. He is a talent of ABS-CBN's Star Magic. Personal life JV was the youngest son of retired Col. Eduardo "Red" Kapunan, Jr. (PAF) and Elsa Arancillo Kapunan who also manages his career as an artist. PolyEast Records (formerly Canary Records, OctoArts International, OctoArts EMI Music Inc. and EMI Philippines) is a record label in the Philippines. It is a member of the Philippine Association of the Record Industry and from 2008 until 2013, the international licensee of EMI. History PolyEast Records was established in 1977 as Canary Records by Orly Ilacad after leaving Vicor Music Corporation due to a major conflict with co-founder and then co-owner Vic del Rosario. ''Doin' It Big'' is the second studio album of Filipino artist Young JV. It was released on August 29, 2012. This was his first album to be released under Star Records and Doin' It Big Productions. in CD and through digital download on iTunes, amazon.com, starrecords.com.ph, and the official nationwide music downloading cite in the country, mymusicstore.com.ph. The album features ten original tracks in total. It was promoted by three singles, including hit songs "Alay" and lead single "Your Name". After the success of the lead single, "Tanong" was released as the third single.
