Raúl Salinas De Gortari
Raúl Salinas de Gortari (born August 24, 1946) is a Mexican civil engineer and businessman. He is the elder brother of Carlos Salinas de Gortari, the 53rd president of Mexico. Raúl Salinas de Gortari graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, as a civil engineer. He has a master's degree in Transportation Planning from the École Nationale Des Ponts Et Chaussees in Paris, and another one in Evaluation of Industrial Development Projects from the Université de Paris. Early life Raúl Salinas was the eldest son and one of five children of economist and government official Raúl Salinas Lozano and Margarita de Gortari de Salinas. Raúl Salinas Lozano
Raúl Salinas Lozano (born Agualeguas, Nuevo León; 1 May 1917 – 23 February 2004) was a Mexican economist. He was a former Secretary of Agriculture, Mexican Ambassador to the Soviet Union and father of former president Carlos Salinas de Gortari of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He served as economics minister under José López Portillo. Lozano studied economics at both the National Autonomous University of Mexico and Harvard University, where he earned as Masters degree. He returned to Mexico and taught at universities and served in a series of government positions. Lozano was married to Margarita de Gortari Carvajal, with whom he had five children. The International Federation for Equestrian Sports (, FEI) is the international governing body of equestrian sports. The FEI headquarters are in Lausanne, Switzerland. An FEI code of conduct protects the welfare of the horses from physical abuse or doping. Antonio Castanon (or ''Toño Castañon'') is a Mexican businessman.
