Razor Gang
Razor gangs were criminal gangs who dominated the Sydney crime scene in the 1920s. After the passage of the ''Pistol Licensing Act 1927'', the Parliament of New South Wales imposed severe penalties for carrying concealed firearms and handguns. Sir Phillip Reginald Lynch Order of St Michael and St George, KCMG (27 July 1933 – 19 June 1984) was an Australian politician who served in the Australian House of Representatives, House of Representatives from 1966 to 1982.
