ʻAbd al-Razzāq (ALA-LC romanization of ar, عبد الرزاق) is a male Muslim given name, and in modern usage, surname. It is built from the Arabic words ''Abd (Arabic), ʻabd'' and ''al-Razzāq'', one of the names of God in the Qur'an, which give rise to the List of Arabic theophoric names, Muslim theophoric names. It means "servant of the all-provider". Because the letter ''r'' is a sun and moon letters, sun letter, the letter ''l'' of the ''al-'' is assimilated to it. Razaq Mamoon
Razaq Mamoon (born December 27, 1964) is an author, political analyst and journalist from Afghanistan. He is currently living in Australia since November 2014. Career Razaq Mamoon is one of Afghanistan's most prominent journalists and authors. He was the director of the Bust-i-Bastan News Agency. He has worked in the past for BBC Persian Radio and was the chief editor of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) in Kabul. Mamoon has also hosted a popular political television show on Tolo TV, where he interviewed famous personalities. Razaq Mamoon has written a total of 21 books of different genres including literature, history and politics. He is a fierce critic of the politics of Iran and Pakistan as well as certain Afghans who are pro-Iranians. Razaq Nadeem
Nadeem Razaq (died 2016) was a Hong Kong resident of Pakistani origin who was convicted of the March 2008 murders of three prostitutes in Hong Kong. In 2016, Razaq died from suicide by hanging. Early life Razaq was born in Pakistan, and came to Hong Kong at a young age. Murders and trial Razaq was arrested in Macau on 18 March 2008, just days after the murders. He stated that he was beaten by Macau police while in their custody. Razaq initially confessed to the murders, claiming he had committed them on the instruction of Macau loan sharks to whom he owed money; however, he later withdrew this confession. Vince Tunde Macaulay-Razaq (born 23 March 1961) is a basketball coach who is the head coach and general manager of the Manchester Giants of the British Basketball League. A former player for Brixton TopCats, Tower Hamlets/London Towers and Hemel Royals, Macaulay acquired the Royals franchise (by then located in Watford) in 1998 for an upfront fee of £1,500 and relocated it to Milton Keynes. Under his reign as owner, Macaulay has seen his team progress from whipping-boys to Play-off contenders.
