Raymond Reynolds (judge)
George Raymond Reynolds (born 24 August 1936, Bundaberg, Queensland) is a former cricketer who played first-class cricket for Queensland from 1955 to 1964. Bundaberg
Bundaberg is a city in the Bundaberg Region, Queensland, Australia, and is the tenth largest city in the state. Bundaberg's regional area has a population of 70,921, and is a major centre of the Wide Bay–Burnett geographical region. Western Australia Cricket Team
The Western Australian Men’s cricket team, formerly nicknamed the Western Warriors, represent the Australian state of Western Australia in Australian domestic cricket. The team is selected and supported by the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA), and plays its home games at the WACA Ground and Perth Stadium in Perth. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at one of the wickets with the bat and then running between the wickets, while the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field, and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). Sugarcane or sugar cane is a species of (often hybrid) tall, perennial grass (in the genus ''Saccharum'', tribe Andropogoneae) that is used for sugar production. The plants are 2–6 m (6–20 ft) tall with stout, jointed, fibrous stalks that are rich in sucrose, which accumulates in the stalk internodes. Sugarcanes belong to the grass family, Poaceae, an economically important flowering plant family that includes maize, wheat, rice, and sorghum, and many forage crops. Central Lancashire League
The Central Lancashire Cricket League (CLCL) was a fifteen team cricket league, traditionally based in Lancashire and the West Riding of Yorkshire. It was then based in Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire. The league ran competitions at First Team, Second Team, Third Team, Under 18, Under 15, Under 13 and Under 11 levels. The league was due to expand to a sixteen club format in 2005. Monton & Weaste were awarded the extra place ahead of Bamford Fieldhouse, Saddleworth, Elton, Walshaw, Didsbury and Bury. However, Stand left the league before the 2005 season and their replacement, Clifton did not join until 2006. That latter year also saw the introduction of a Twenty20 competition in the league, which was first won by Norden. 2015 was the final season for the league. Sam Trimble
Samuel Christy Trimble, (16 August 1934 – 29 July 2019) was an Australian first-class cricketer who played for Queensland between 1959–60 and 1975–76. Trimble began his career in New South Wales, but unable to break into the state team he moved to Queensland.''The Oxford Companion to Australian Cricket'', Oxford, Melbourne, 1996, pp. 540–41. He was a right-handed opening batsman, and despite a prolific career for Queensland he never represented Australia in Tests, due to the success of Australian openers Bill Lawry and Bob Simpson.
