Robert Randall "Randy" Crane (born May 27, 1965) is the Chief United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Personal life and education Born in Houston, Texas, Crane, a Mexican-American, graduated from the University of Texas with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1987. Carlos Landín Martínez (born – 9 December 2021), also known as El Puma, was a Mexican former police chief and convicted drug lord.
