''Rams'' is a 2020 Australian comedy-drama film directed by Jeremy Sims, written by Jules Duncan, and starring Sam Neill, Michael Caton, and Miranda Richardson. It is based on the Icelandic drama film ''Rams'' (2015) by Grímur Hákonarson. The film premiered at the CinefestOZ Film Festival on 27 August 2020. ''Rams'' was released in Australian cinemas on 29 October 2020 to generally positive reviews. At the 2021 ARIA Music Awards, the album was nominated for Best Original Soundtrack, Cast or Show Album. Jeremy Sims
Jeremy Hartley Sims (born 10 January 1966) is an Australian actor and director. Career Jeremy Sims was born in Perth, Western Australia in 1966, and was educated at Wesley College 1977–83. His first appearance on the big screen was as 'boy on raft' in the 1980 movie ''Harlequin''. He graduated in 1990 from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney, with a degree in Performing Arts (Acting). In 2015, Sims landed a supporting role in ''Ruben Guthrie''. He is remembered by many for his role as Alex Taylor in the television soap opera ''Chances'' (1991–1992). Asher Yasbincek (born 2000 or 2001) is an Australian actress, known for her role as Harper McLean in the Netflix series ''Heartbreak High''. Yasbincek made her television debut in the recurring role of Rose in serial drama '' The Heights''. She then appeared in the comedy-drama film ''Rams'' (2020) and had a supporting role in '' How to Please a Woman'' (2022). Yasbincek secured her breakthrough role in ''Heartbreak High'' while she was working in traffic control. She shaved her head on-screen for the role in one of her first scenes. Rotten Tomatoes is an American review-aggregation website for film and television. The company was launched in August 1998 by three undergraduate students at the University of California, Berkeley: Senh Duong, Patrick Y. Lee, and Stephen Wang. The Dorset Horn is an endangered British breed of domestic sheep. It is documented from the seventeenth century, and is highly prolific, sometimes producing two lambing seasons per year. Among British sheep, it is the only breed capable of breeding throughout the winter. History The Dorset Horn originated in Dorset in south-west England.
