Rae Bareli is a constituency of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly covering the city of Rae Bareli in the Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh, India. Rae Bareli (रायबरेली) is one of five assembly constituencies in the Rae Bareli Lok Sabha constituency. Since 2008, this assembly constituency is numbered 180 amongst 403 constituencies. Aditi Singh (born 15 November 1987) is an Indian politician. She is an MLA from the constituency of Rae Bareli in the state of Uttar Pradesh, having won the seat in 2017 and 2022. She was one of the youngest members of Uttar Pradesh's 17th Vidhan Sabha (2017-2022). She left Congress and joined BJP in 2021. Raebareli is a city in Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is the administrative headquarters of Raebareli district and a part of Lucknow Division. The city is situated on the banks of the Sai river, southeast of Lucknow. It possesses many architectural features and sites, chief of which is a strong and spacious fort. Akhilesh Kumar Singh (15 September 1959 – 20 August 2019) was an Indian politician. Akhilesh Singh was born on 15 September 1959. Singh was first elected to the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 1993 as an Indian National Congress candidate from Rae Bareli Sadar. Singh won reelection twice, in 1996 and 2002, while retaining his affiliation with Congress.
