Quế Ngọc Hải
Quế Ngọc Hải (born 15 May 1993) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for V.League 1 club Becamex Bình Dương and is the vice-captain of Vietnam national team. He is considered one of the best defenders in V.League 1 history. Ngọc Hải represented Vietnam at under-19 and under-23 level before making his full international debut in September 2014. Club career Trần Anh Khoa incident In the 25th round of the 2015 V-League between Sông Lam Nghệ An and SHB Đà Nẵng, SHB Đà Nẵng midfielder Trần Anh Khoa was fouled by Quế Ngọc Hải of Sông Lam Nghệ An. Vietnam National Football Team
The Vietnam national football team ( vi, Đội tuyển bóng đá quốc gia Việt Nam) represents the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in international football and is controlled by the Vietnam Football Federation, the governing body of football in Vietnam. 2022 AFF Championship
The 2022 AFF Championship (officially AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2022 due to sponsorship reasons) was the 14th edition of the AFF Championship, the football championship of nations affiliated to the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) and was the 1st edition under the name AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup. The final tournament ran from 20 December 2022 to 16 January 2023. Thailand were the defending champions, and won the tournament by a 3–2 aggregate score in the two-legged final against Vietnam to secure their seventh title. The 2014 AFF Championship, sponsored by Suzuki and officially known as the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup, was the 10th edition of the AFF Championship, an international association football competition consisting of national teams of member nations of the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF). Co-hosting rights to the group stages were awarded to Singapore and Vietnam with matches held from 22 November to 20 December 2014. Meanwhile, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand also hosted knockout stage matches, as their teams advanced to the semi-finals with Vietnam. Bishan Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Bishan, Singapore. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium was constructed in 1998 and is managed by Sport Singapore.
