Quinton Teal (born March 8, 1984) is a former American football safety. He was born in Bennettsville, South Carolina where he attended Marlboro County High School. He played college football at Coastal Carolina University. A three-time first team All-Big South winner, he holds the Big South Conference record with 17 career interceptions. At Coastal Carolina, Teal played with future NFL players QB Tyler Thigpen, Miami Dolphins, WR Jerome Simpson, Cincinnati Bengals, FB Mike Tolbert, Carolina Panthers. Safety is a position in gridiron football on the American football positions#Defense, defense. The safeties are defensive backs who line up ten to fifteen yards from the line of scrimmage. There are two variations of the position: the free safety and the strong safety. Their duties depend on the defensive scheme. William Michael Tolbert (born November 23, 1985) is a former American football fullback. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football for Coastal Carolina University. He has also been a member of the Carolina Panthers, where he was a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time first-team All-Pro. Jerome Louis Simpson (born February 4, 1986) is a former American football wide receiver. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft.
