Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate
Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate incorporates four boarding and day schools for girls and boys from 3 months to 19 years old, located in Thorpe Underwood, near Little Ouseburn, close to York and Harrogate, England. It is a member of the Independent Schools Association. It is named after Æthelburh of Kent. Queen Ethelburga's College has three sections: the Chapter House preparatory school, King's Magna middle school, and a Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Sixth Form (A-Level) section. The second is the Faculty of Queen Ethelburga's and is purely Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Sixth Form (A-Level and BTEC). Nathaniel Woodard
Nathaniel Woodard (; 21 March 1811 – 25 April 1891) was a priest in the Church of England. He founded 11 schools for the middle classes in England whose aim was to provide education based on "sound principle and sound knowledge, firmly grounded in the Christian faith". His educational principles are promoted today through the Woodard Corporation, a registered charity. Early life Woodard was born at Basildon Hall in Essex (now known as Barstable Hall) the son of John Woodard, a country gentleman of limited means. He was brought up and educated privately by his mother Mary née Silley, a pious and devout woman. In 1834 he entered Magdalen Hall, Oxford (now Hertford College, Oxford), where his academic studies were interrupted by his marriage in 1836 to Harriet Brill, although he took a pass degree in 1840. Henry Butler, 14th Viscount Mountgarret
Henry Edmund Butler, 14th Viscount Mountgarret (18 December 1844 – 2 October 1912), was a British aristocrat. Family Henry Butler was the son of Henry Edmund Butler, 13th Viscount Mountgarret and inherited the viscountcy on his death in 1900. He inherited Nidd Hall from his great-aunt Elizabeth Rawson in 1890. Career He served as High Sheriff of Yorkshire in 1895. In 1911 he was created Baron Mountgarret, of Nidd Hall in the West Riding of the County of York, in the Peerage of the United Kingdom, thus enabling him and his descendants to sit in the House of Lords until the passage of the House of Lords Act 1999. The 2021 Vitality Blast was the 2021 season of the T20 Blast, a professional Twenty20 cricket league played in England and Wales. It was the fourth season in which the domestic T20 competition, run by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), that was branded as the Vitality Blast due to the tournament's sponsorship deal.
