''Quake'', also known as ''Aftershock'' and ''The Stalker'', is a United States Suspense thriller Direct-to-video, released on June 23, 1992. The film starred Steve Railsback and Erika Anderson. Stephen Railsback is an American theatre, film, and television actor. He is best known for his performances in the films ''The Stunt Man'' and ''Lifeforce'', and his portrayal of Charles Manson in the 1976 television mini-series '' Helter Skelter''. The 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake occurred on California's Central Coast on October 17 at local time.
