Quinn Martin
Quinn Martin (born Irwin Martin Cohn; May 22, 1922 – September 5, 1987) was an American television producer. He had at least one television series running in prime time every year for 21 straight years (from 1959 to 1980). Martin is a member of the Television Hall of Fame, having been inducted in 1997. Early life Born on May 22, 1922, in New York City, Martin was the second of two children. His father, Martin G. Cohn, Martin Goodman Cohn, was a film editor and producer at the studios of Metro Goldwyn Mayer; his mother was Anna Messing Cohn. He was of Jewish descent. From the age of 4, he was raised in Los Angeles, California. Air Malawi
Air Malawi Limited was the state-owned national airline of Malawi, based in Blantyre, which operated regional passenger services. Because of its financial situation, the airline was placed in voluntary liquidation, the Malawi Government announced in November 2012, and flights have been suspended since February 2013. The airline began operations in 1964 as a subsidiary of Central African Airways, and later became independent and the national airline of Malawi. With the exception of short-lived long-haul flights to London in the 1970s, the airline has always concentrated on domestic and regional flights, from its main base at Chileka International Airport, Blantyre. Queen Mary's Grammar School (QMGS) is a boys' grammar school with academy status located on Sutton Road, Walsall, England, about a mile from the town centre and one of the oldest schools in the country. The sixth form is coeducational. Admissions Admittance to the school is by entrance exam taken at the age of 10/11. OpenQM is a MultiValue database originally developed by Ladybridge Systems in the United Kingdom and subsequently acquired by Zumasys. The primary product architect is Martin Phillips. OpenQM history OpenQM was first developed in 1993 as an in-house embedded database. It was released as a full featured runtime and development environment in 2001, initially for Windows and subsequently for Linux.
