Péter Kozma
Péter Kozma (5 September 1959 – 4 March 2017) was a Hungarian politician, member of the National Assembly In politics, a national assembly is either a unicameral legislature, the lower house of a bicameral legislature, or both houses of a bicameral legislature together. In the English language it generally means "an assembly composed of the rep ... (MP) from Fidesz Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Regional List from 1998 to 2006 and from 2010 to 2014. Kozma served as Vice President of the General Assembly of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County between 2006 and 2010. He had been a member of the Constitutional, Judicial and Standing Orders Committee since 2006, therefore he participated in the drawing up of the new constitution in 2011. From 1 July 2014 to 15 January 2017, he served as Director of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Government Office. He died on 4 March 2017, aged 57. Personal life He was married and had two children. The National Assembly ( hu, Országgyűlés, lit=Country Assembly) is the parliament of Hungary. The unicameral body consists of 199 (386 between 1990 and 2014) members elected to 4-year terms. Election of members is done using a semi-proportional representation: a mixed-member majoritarian representation with partial scorporo, compensation via transfer votes and mixed single vote; involving single-member districts and one list vote; parties must win at least 5% of the popular vote in order to gain list seats assembly. Kisvárda
Kisvárda (; german: Kleinwardein, yi, קליינווארדיין, Kleynvardeyn) is a town in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, in the Northern Great Plain region of eastern Hungary near the border of Slovakia and Ukraine. It is the 3rd largest town in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg after Nyíregyháza and Mátészalka with a population of 16 669 people. The Subregion of Kisvárda lies between two large landscapes, the Nyírség and the Rétköz. Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg ( hu, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megye, ) is an administrative county (Hungarian: ''megye'') in north-eastern Hungary, bordering Slovakia (Košice Region), Ukraine (Zakarpattia Oblast), and Romania ( Bihor and Satu Mare counties).
