Pádraig O'Sullivan
Pádraig O'Sullivan (born 11 May 1984) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cork North-Central constituency since the 2019 by-election. He was a member of Cork County Council for the Cobh local electoral area from 2014 to 2019. Before he joined Fianna Fail in July 2012, he ran as an independent as part of the New Vision alliance at the 2011 general election. Sheila O'Callaghan was co-opted to O'Sullivan's seat on Cork County Council following his election to the Dáil. At the general election in February 2020, O'Sullivan was re-elected in his Cork North-Central constituency. A teacher by profession, O'Sullivan teaches Irish and history at Coláiste an Chraoibhín. A Teachta Dála ( , ; plural ), abbreviated as TD (plural ''TDanna'' in Irish, TDs in English), is a member of Dáil Éireann, the lower house of the Oireachtas (the Irish Parliament). It is the equivalent of terms such as ''Member of Parliament'' (MP) or '' Member of Congress'' used in other countries. The official translation of the term is "Deputy to the Dáil", although a more literal translation is "Assembly Delegate". Glanmire
Glanmire () is a suburban town from Cork city centre, in the civil parish of Rathcooney, County Cork, Ireland. Glanmire is within the administrative area of Cork City Council and the Dáil constituency of Cork North-Central. The greater Glanmire area encompasses the communities of Riverstown (Baile Roisín), Brooklodge (Cill Ruadháin) and Sallybrook (Áth na Sailí). This is a list of the members elected to the 32nd Dáil Éireann, the lower house of the Oireachtas (legislature) of Ireland. These TDs (members of parliament) were elected at the 2016 general election on 26 February. Mick Barry (born 17 September 1964) is an Irish People Before Profit/Solidarity politician who has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cork North-Central constituency since the 2016 general election. According to the ''Irish Examiner'', Barry was "a leading figure in the Cork and national campaigns" against household and water charges in the 2010s. Political career 1989 to 2016 Dick Spring expelled Barry, alongside Joe Higgins, Clare Daly, Ruth Coppinger and 10 others, from the Labour Party in 1989 for their membership of the Militant tendency. Dara Murphy (born 2 December 1969) is a former Irish Fine Gael politician who served as a Minister of State from 2014 to 2017 and Lord Mayor of Cork from 2009 to 2010. He served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Cork North-Central constituency from 2011 to 2019.
