Karen Page Paibok Doctor Paine Doctor Paine are two fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Thaddeus Paine Dr. Thaddeus Paine, created by Len Kaminski, first appeared in ''Morbius the Living Vampire'' #4 (December 1994). He is a sadist who is unable to feel pain and has prosthesic hands equipped with surgical tools. He is a silent partner of Dr. David Langford which got threatened, resulting in the deaths of Martine Bancroft and his business partner. Paine then experiments on Morbius, the Living Vampire much like his inhumane medical experiments on the homeless, resulting in the Living Vampire vengefully destroying his facility while the Doctor escaped. Paine next tortured Eddie Brock and experimented on the Venom symbiote, resulting in both individuals as Venom getting revenge by imbalancing his brain. Rom the Space Knight is a superhero, originally a toy and then a magazine lead. Rom was created by Scott Dankman, Richard C. Levy, and Bryan L. McCoy for Parker Brothers and is now a Hasbro asset. After the toy was licensed to Marvel Comics, Rom became a character that debuted in Marvel Comics, Marvel in the eponymous American comic book ''Rom: Spaceknight'' (December 1979 – February 1986), by Bill Mantlo and Sal Buscema. In July 2015, IDW Publishing began publishing a new ''Rom'' comic book series. That December, a live-action film version of Rom was in development by Allspark (company), Allspark Pictures and Paramount Pictures, Paramount. Toy "Rom" was a toy co-created by Scott Dankman, Richard C. Levy, and Bryan L. McCoy (US Patent #4,267,551). It was sold to Parker Brothers and was the inspiration for the comic book series ''Rom: Spaceknight''. Monica Rambeau
Monica Rambeau is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Roger Stern and artist John Romita Jr., the character debuted in ''The Amazing Spider-Man Annual'' #16 (October 1982). Monica was introduced as the second Captain Marvel, and she gained super powers after being bombarded by extradimensional energy produced by an energy disruptor weapon. The character joined and eventually became leader of the Avengers for a time. She was also a member of Nextwave and the latest Ultimates team. She has also been known as Photon, Pulsar and beginning in 2013, Spectrum. Akira Akbar portrayed young Monica Rambeau in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film '' Captain Marvel'' (2019). Teyonah Parris portrays the adult version of Rambeau in the television miniseries ''WandaVision'' (2021) and will also appear in ''The Marvels'' (2023).
