Puerto Acosta Municipality
Puerto Acosta Municipality is the first Municipalities of Bolivia, municipal section of the Eliodoro Camacho Province in the La Paz Department (Bolivia), La Paz Department in Bolivia. Its seat is Puerto Acosta. At the time of census 2001 the municipality had a population of 27,296, still including Umanata and Escoma as cantons. Cantons There are four cantons in the municipality: Puerto Acosta Canton, Puerto Acosta, Parajachi Canton, Parajachi, Chiñaya 6 de Agosto Canton, Chiñaya and San Juan de Cancanani Canton, San Juan de Cancanani. Until 2009 the municipality consisted of nine cantons (''cantones''): On February 6, 2009 Umanata Municipality became the fourth Municipalities of Bolivia, municipal section of the Eliodoro Camacho Province with Umanata as its seat and Escoma Municipality became the fifth one with Escoma as its seat. Collasuyo (La Paz)
Qullasuyu ( Quechua and Aymara spelling, ; Hispanicized spellings: ''Collasuyu, Kholla Suyu'') was the southeastern provincial region of the Inca Empire. Qullasuyu is the region of the Qulla and related specifically to the native Qulla Quechuas who primarily resided in areas such as Cochabamba and Potosí. Most Aymara territories which are now largely incorporated into the modern South American states of northern Chile, Argentina, Peru and Bolivia were annexed during the reign of Sapa Inca Huayna Cápac in the sixteenth century. Recently, there have been movements to form a "Greater Qullasuyu" (or Qullana Suyu Marka) which would incorporate a territory similar to the former Tawantinsuyu in extent. This ideal has been proposed by the office of the Apu Mallku and the parliament of the Qullana. Villa Puni
A villa is a type of house that was originally an ancient Roman upper class country house. Since its origins in the Roman villa, the idea and function of a villa have evolved considerably. After the fall of the Roman Republic, villas became small farming compounds, which were increasingly fortified in Late Antiquity, sometimes transferred to the Church for reuse as a monastery. Then they gradually re-evolved through the Middle Ages into elegant upper-class country homes. In the Early Modern period, any comfortable detached house with a garden near a city or town was likely to be described as a villa; most survivals have now been engulfed by suburbia. Challapata Peninsula Canton
Challapata is the capital of the Eduardo Abaroa Province as well as of the Challapata Municipality in the Oruro Department in Bolivia. It lies at an altitude of 3,738 m above sea level on the edge of the flood plain of the river on the east bank of the Tacagua Poopó Lake. Challapata is located half way of the road and railway connection from Oruro to Potosí, about 130 kilometers from both cities. Directly southeast of the city rises the Cerro Azanaques, with 5102 m the highest peak in the Azanaques Mountain Range ''(Cordillera de Azanaques)''.
