Pudhu Kudithanam
''Pudhu Kudithanam'' is a 1999 Tamil-language comedy film directed by R. Raghuvasan, who previously directed ''Thilakam''. The film stars Vignesh and Raasi, with Latha, Manivannan, Senthil, Kovai Sarala and Shanmugasundari playing supporting roles. It was released on 7 November 1999. Plot Seethalakshmi is the owner of a clothing company, she is a haughty and strict woman. Her husband Gokulakrishnan is unemployed, while her son Ashok works as a labourer in another company. Both of them are very obedient to Seethalakshmi. Seethalakshmi would like an equally submissive daughter-in-law so that she will not influence her son, but Gokulakrishnan has another plan : he wants his son to marry a woman that he really loves. Vignesh (actor)
Raja (born 9 April 1971), known professionally as Vignesh, is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. Career Vignesh got selected to play the lead role in Balu Mahendra's ''Vanna Vanna Pookkal'' (1992) but he was removed from the film after working on it for seven days and was replaced by Prashanth. He made his acting debut in 1992 with the village drama film '' Chinna Thayee''. In 1993, he acted in '' Amma Ponnu'', Bharathiraja's ''Kizhakku Cheemayile'' and Kathir's ''Uzhavan''. In 1995, Vignesh appeared in six films. He starred in ''Chellakannu'', which told the tragic story of a young couple caught between feuding families, and the film performed well and ran for over one hundred days at the box office. Harini (singer)
Harini (born 30 April 1979) is an Indian film playback singer and classical singer who sings in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada films, working with many leading film composers. She is married to another playback singer, Tippu. Harini learnt Carnatic music from Gowri and Radha Viswanathan from the age of four. In her later years, she learned from Sudha Raghunathan and currently from Suguna Purushotthaman. She used to participate in school competitions and in one such competition which she won, A. R. Rahman who distributed the prizes invited the winners to his studio to record their voices.
