Faust (musician)
Bård Guldvik "Faust" Eithun (born 21 April 1974) is a Norwegian drummer known primarily for his work with black metal band Emperor. In 1993, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison for murder. He has been out of prison since 2003. Education Eithun studied at the University of Oslo. Blood Tsunami is a Norwegian thrash metal band from Oslo, formed by Peter Michael Kolstad Vegem in 2004 and currently signed to Indie Recordings. Biography 2003–2004 Lead vocalist and lead guitarist Peter Michael Kolstad Vegem (a.k.a. Pete Evil) had been fronting his punk/rock' roll band, Hellride, for several years, but when this band broke up late in 2003, he decided form a heavy metal band, and began to write material for his yet unnamed new band. In early January 2004 he formed Blood Tsunami. Jørgen Nordli (a.k.a. Jay) joined on drums and the two immediately started rehearsing on Pete's material. Ephel Duath was an Italian avant garde metal/hardcore punk band, formed in 1998 in Padua, Italy. They have had a constantly changing line-up, with guitarist and songwriter Davide Tiso being the only original member. To date, they have released one demo, five studio albums and two remix albums. Davide Tiso (born 21 June 1979) is a guitarist, composer and multi-instrumentalist. He originates from Padova, in Italy, but currently resides in San Francisco, California. He is a member of extreme metal band Ephel Duath, a band he started in 1998. Outside of Ephel Duath, he has recorded with The ''Karyn Crisis Band'' (of whom the two were married) and with guitarist Eraldo Bernocchi on the Parched project, releasing a CD of music of "long, barren, pensive, delicate, touching, harrowing road open to only those who know what they should say, yet decide to mutter no word at all". He was the guitarist, singer, and principal songwriter for the rock band the Velvet Underground and had a solo career that spanned five decades.
