Przełazy is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubrza, within Świebodzin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately south-west of Lubrza, west of Świebodzin, north of Zielona Góra, and south of Gorzów Wielkopolski. The village is situated on the western shore of Niesłysz Lake. The Przełazy (Seeläsgen) meteorite (102 kg) was found nearby in 1847. Its seat is the village of Lubrza, which lies approximately north-west of Świebodzin, north of Zielona Góra, and south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
