Neo-fascism is a post-World War II far-right ideology that includes significant elements of fascism. Patriot Prayer is a far-right group founded by Joey Gibson in 2016 and based in Vancouver, Washington, a suburban city in the Portland metropolitan area. Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors of offensive nature.
