	Professor X Professor X (Charles Francis Xavier) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is depicted as the founder and sometimes leader of the X-Men. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist/co-writer Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in ''The X-Men'' #1 (September 1963). Xavier is a member of a subspecies of humans known as mutants, who are born with superhuman abilities. He is an exceptionally powerful telepath, who can read and control the minds of others. To both shelter and train mutants from around the world, he runs a private school in the X-Mansion in Salem Center, located in Westchester County, New York. 	Professor X The Overseer Lumumba Carson (August 4, 1956 – March 17, 2006), known by his stage names Baba Professor X the Overseer, Professor X, or PXO was born the son of Brooklyn-based activist Sonny Carson. Carson was a founding member of the hip hop group X Clan and was featured in nearly all songs on the albums ''To the East, Blackwards'' (1990) and ''Xodus'' (1992), before the group went on hiatus. He released two solo albums:''Years of the 9, on the Blackhand Side'' (1990) and '' Puss 'N Boots (The Struggle Continues...)'' (1993). Carson died from complications associated with spinal meningitis in 2006. He was survived by two daughters, Amanimelele Carson and Hebhyanza Wilkins. 	Arabian Prince Kim Renard Nazel (born June 17, 1965), better known by his stage names Arabian Prince or Professor X, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and DJ. He is best known as a founding member of N.W.A. Early life Nazel was born in Compton, California to the son of Joseph "Skippy" Nazel Jr., a prominent African-American author and radio talk show host. His musical background came from his mother, a piano teacher and classical musician. His family tried its best to shelter him, sending him to a Catholic school and keeping him busy with football to keep him away from the gangs. 	Captain Flight Comics ''Captain Flight Comics'' is an American comic book series published by Four Star Publications during the period that is known by fans and historians as the Golden Age of Comic Books. A total of eleven issues were printed from March 1944 to February 1947. Noted artist L.B. Cole contributed his distinctive cover illustrations to many of the issues.
