Professor Ebenezer Oduro Owusu
Ebenezer Oduro Owusu (born at Tarkwa, on 11 December 1960) is a Ghanaian Entomology, entomologist and Academic administration, university administrator who served as the vice chancellor, Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana from 1 August, 2016 to 31 July, 2021. In this role, he was the principal academic and administrative officer of the university. Ebenezer Oduro Owusu is a professor of entomology at the Department of Animal Biology and Conservation Science and prior to his appointment as vice-chancellor, he was the provost of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences at the University of Ghana. He is the current President of the Presbyterian University College. Entomologist
Entomology () is the scientific study of insects, a branch of zoology. In the past the term "insect" was less specific, and historically the definition of entomology would also include the study of animals in other arthropod groups, such as arachnids, myriapods, and crustaceans.
