Private Domain (album)
Private Domain is an American pop/rock band. The band originated in San Diego, USA in 1985 (see 1985 in music). The band's members are songwriter Paul Shaffer (vocals; not to be confused with Paul Shaffer of the ''Late Show with David Letterman''), songwriter Jack Butler (guitar), Jim Reeves (bass) and Matt Taylor (drums). Shaffer and Butler previously played together in the pop rock/reggae rock band Bratz, which released two albums, ''Bratz'' in 1980 and ''Absolute perfection'' in 1983. ''Back to the Beach'' is a 1987 American comedy film starring Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello, directed by Lyndall Hobbs. The original music score is composed by Steve Dorff. The film generated a total domestic gross of $13,110,903. It received a "two thumbs up" rating from Siskel and Ebert. The film is an open parody of the beach party films made popular in the 1960s, especially those in which Avalon and Funicello had appeared. The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. Guitar
The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that typically has six strings. It is usually held flat against the player's body and played by strumming or plucking the strings with the dominant hand, while simultaneously pressing selected strings against frets with the fingers of the opposite hand.
