Giuseppe Antonio Ermenegildo Prisco (8 September 1833 – 4 February 1923) was an Italian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church, who served as Archbishop of Naples. Biography Prisco was born in Boscotrecase, near Naples. He was educated at the Archiepiscopal Seminary of Naples. He was ordained to the priesthood in September 1856 with an indult because he had not yet reached the canonical age for the appointment. He served as Professor of philosophy at the seminary where he himself was taught. He later served as professor of rational law at Ospizio Ecclesiastico di Maria, Naples. He was also Prefect of studies at the Archiepiscopal Seminary of Naples and Examiner of the clergy. He was a representative of Archbishop Guglielmo Sanfelice d'Acquavilla to the Società Cattoliche Operaie. He was created Cardinal Deacon of S. Angelo Prisco (August 1, 1939 – June 21, 2017) also known as "The Horn", was an American mobster in New Jersey who became a caporegime in the Genovese crime family. Prisco was a relative of Genovese crime family soldier Rudolph "Rudy" Prisco who was identified along with hundreds as members of the crime family by Joe Valachi and convicted of crimes. Michele Prisco (18 January 1920 – 19 November 2003) was an Italian journalist, critic, and novelist. Prisco was born and educated in Torre Annunziata. His family provided the middle-class background central to many of his books. He studied law and took examinations to become a solicitor, but decided instead on a career as a writer. In 1942, his first short story, "Gli alianti", was published in a monthly supplement to the newspaper ''Il Corriere della sera''. Before being mobilised, he worked as a staff member on the ''Gazetta del Popolo de Turin'', and during the long months at the front he continued to make contributions; several of his acquaintances from this time were to become lifelong friends. These included the writers Gino Montesanto and Mario Pomilio, and the painter Enrico Accatino.
