The Princess Tower ( ar, برج الأميرة) is a 101-story, tall residential-only skyscraper located in the Marina district of Dubai, UAE. As of September 2022, Princess Tower is the third tallest building in Dubai, after the Burj Khalifa and Marina 101 and the 36th tallest building in the world. Princess Tower was the tallest residential building in the world from 2012 to 2015, when it was overtaken by 432 Park Avenue in New York City. Overview The tower's engineering was performed by Syed Majid Hashmi as the Chief Structural Engineer and his deputy manager Mohammad Ali Alogaily. World One is a , 76 floor skyscraper in Mumbai, India. As of 2022, it is the tallest completed building in India, though the currently under construction Piramal Aranya Arav at and the topped out Palais Royale at are both taller. It is on the site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group. World One was being built at an estimated cost of over US $321 million. Construction began in 2011, and it was expected to be tall. As the developer failed to obtain approval from the Airports Authority of India for that height, the project was stalled for few years. Marina 101 is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, located in the Dubai Marina district. Standing 101 stories high and tall, it is the second tallest building in the United Arab Emirates, behind only the Burj Khalifa. As of 2022, Marina 101 is also the 32nd-tallest building in the world.
