''Princess Iron Fan'' (鐵扇公主, ''Tie shan gong zhu'') is a 1966 Hong Kong film, the second in a series of four Shaw Brothers productions (1966–1968) based on the 16th-century novel ''Journey to the West''. It was directed by Ho Meng Hua. The other films of the series are '' Monkey Goes West'' (1966), '' The Cave of the Silken Web'' (1967) and ''The Land of Many Perfumes'' (1968). Ho Meng Hua
Ho Meng Hua (1 January 1923 - 19 May 2009) was a Chinese film director from Shanghai, working in the Cinema of Hong Kong and the Cinema of Taiwan. Early life In 1923, Ho was born in Guangdong province, China. Ho grew up in Shanghai, China. Education Ho graduated from Shanghai Drama Institute. Career In 1955, Ho joined the Shaw Brothers studio. In 1958, Ho's directorial debut was An Appointment After Dark. Ho Fan
Fan Ho (; 8 October 1931 – 19 June 2016) was a Chinese photographer, film director, and actor. From 1956, he won over 280 awards from international exhibitions and competitions worldwide for his photography. Photography career Fan Ho was born in Shanghai in 1931, and emigrated with his family to Hong Kong in 1949. At the outbreak of war in 1941, Ho's parents were stranded in Macau for several years and Ho was left in the care of a family servant. Ho began photographing at a very young age with a Brownie which his father had left at home, and later with a Rolleiflex twin-lens reflex camera his father gave him at the age of 14. Largely self-taught, his photos display a fascination with urban life, explored alleys, slums, markets and streets. Much of his work consists of candid photographs of the street vendors and children only a few years younger than himself. Peng Peng (; born 24 November 2000) is a Chinese professional footballer currently playing as a goalkeeper for Shenzhen Peng City. Club career Peng joined Shanghai Shenhua's youth academy in 2018 after the club bought Genbao Football Base's under-19 players. Baigujing () is a demon from the 16th century novel ''Journey to the West''. The name is translated into English as ''White Bone Spirit'' in the William John Francis Jenner translation.
