Princesa Oliveros
María Princesa Oliveros Bohórquez (born 10 August 1975) is a Colombian track and field athlete who competes in the 100 metres hurdles and 400 metres hurdles events. Her personal bests are 13.41 seconds and 56.26 seconds, respectively. She was the gold medallist in the 400 m hurdles at the 2011 Pan American Games, at which she also won a 4×400 metres relay bronze medal in a Colombian record time. She has won numerous hurdles medals at the South American Championships in Athletics and has reached the podium at the competition in seven different years (from 1999 to 2011, with the exception of 2007). Fernanda Farias de Albuquerque (1963 – 13 May 2000), was a Brazilian trans woman (travesti) and author. She is best known for her autobiography ''Princesa'' (Princess), which is a name she sometimes used as a pseudonym. Biography Fernanda Farias de Albuquerque was born in the Brazilian countryside in the Alagoa Grande municipality of Paraíba, in 1963. She grew up without her father in a family in poverty. She was sexually abused as a child and, shortly thereafter, ran away from her maternal home. ''Princesa'' is a 2001 film directed by Henrique Goldman that tells the story of a transsexual woman, Fernanda, who travels to Milan and works as a prostitute to finance her sex reassignment surgery. The film was inspired by a book of the same name written by Maurizio Janelli and Fernanda Farias de Albuquerque. ''Anime salve'' is the final album released by Italian singer/songwriter Fabrizio De André in 1996. It was written together with fellow Genoan Ivano Fossati. In a 2011 interview within the DVD documentary series ''Dentro Faber'' .e. ''Inside Faber''about De André's life and works, Fossati stated that he and De André composed all the music for the album by actually playing together in the latter's country house in Sardinia, working on almost-complete lyrics by De André, to which Fossati added a few lines. He is featured as a guest singer on the title track and on "Â cúmba" (which features De André and Fossati respectively as "the suitor" and "the father").
