Presbyterian Blue Hose Baseball
The Presbyterian College Blue Hose baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. The team is a member of the Big South Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. The team plays its home games at Presbyterian Baseball Complex in Clinton, South Carolina. The Blue Hose are coached by Elton Pollock. The Big South Conference is a collegiate athletic conference affiliated with the NCAA's Division I. The 2013 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft was held from June 6 through June 8, 2013. The first two rounds were broadcast from Studio 42 of the MLB Network in Secaucus, New Jersey. Clinton is a city in Laurens County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 8,490 as of the 2010 census. It is part of the Greenville– Mauldin– Easley Metropolitan Statistical Area.
