Preethsod Thappa
''Preethsod Thappa'' () is a 1998 Indian Kannada-language romance drama film directed by Ravichandran and produced by Rockline Venkatesh. The film stars Ravichandran and Shilpa Shetty. Actors Lokesh and Lakshmi and Prakash Raj feature in other prominent roles. The film is a remake of the Telugu film '' Ninne Pelladata'' (1996). Plot Raja is seen racing in a bike race, faces all the obstacles, defeats everybody and is victorious in the race. Umashree (born 10 May 1957) is an Indian actress and politician. She is known for her portrayal of film roles spoken in the Kannada language (over 400), particularly comic roles. She received National Film Award for Best Actress for her role as Gulabi in the 2008 Kannada movie Gulabi Talkies. Ramesh Chandra ( kn, ರಮೇಶ್ ಚಂದ್ರ) is an Indian playback singer who works predominantly in the Kannada film industry. He is the recipient of Karnataka State Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer twice. Personal life Ramesh Chandra was born as K. Ramesh in Mangalore and raised in Kasargod.
