Pratt Gilbert Lyons, Jr. (born September 17, 1974) is a former professional American football player who played defensive end for two seasons for the Tennessee Oilers. The 1997 NFL Draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting.
