Pradip Baijal
Pradip Baijal is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) who retired as the chief of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Baijal held several senior administrative positions in the Ministry of Finance and Industries at state level but first came into prominence as the disinvestment secretary in 1999 and was part of the team that was involved in the disinvestment of various Govt companies like BP, VSNL, IPCL and Maruti. Pradip Chatterjee is a founder member of the Bengali band Moheener Ghoraguli. He is the younger brother of Gautam Chatterjee. He was also a theatre person, filmmaker and ethnographer. Also known as ''Bula'', Chatterjee is a flautist and vocalist. Pradip Krishen
Pradip Krishen (born 1949) is an Indian filmmaker, naturalist and environmentalist. He has directed three films, ''Massey Sahib'' in 1985, ''In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones'' in 1989 and ''Electric Moon'' for Channel 4, UK in 1991. His films have won significant Indian and international awards, and ''In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones'' acquired cult status in the years after it was made. He is married to Arundhati Roy who also acted in his films but they currently live separately from each other. He subsequently gave up filmmaking, and since 1995, has worked as a naturalist and environmentalist. Pradip Kumar Banerjee
Pradip Kumar Banerjee (23 June 1936 – 20 March 2020) was an Indian professional footballer who played as a striker for the India national football team. He also captained the national team and later on became the coach of the national team. He represented India in 45 official matches and scored 15 official goals for the country. He was one of the first recipients of Arjuna Award, when the awards were instituted in 1961. He was awarded the prestigious Padma Shri in 1990 and was named Indian Footballer of the 20th century by IFFHS. In 2004, he was awarded the FIFA Order of Merit, the highest honour awarded by FIFA. Banerjee died on 20 March 2020 at 12:40 p.m. after suffering from age-related issues, having been on life support at a Kolkata hospital since 2 March.
