''PowerWash Simulator'' is a simulation video game developed by FuturLab and published by Square Enix Collective. The game was first made available in early access through Steam on 19 May 2021, and was fully released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on 14 July 2022. Players take control of a power washing business and complete various jobs to earn money. Gameplay primarily revolves around using a power washer to clean dirt off of objects and buildings. Ports for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 has also been announced. Gameplay ''PowerWash Simulator'' is a simulation game played in the first-person perspective. Set in the town of Muckingham, players take control of a small power washing business and take jobs for a variety of clients in different locations in the form of levels. Square Enix Collective
Square Enix Collective is an indie games awareness initiative and division of Square Enix Europe. Created by Phil Elliot in 2014, it is a self-titled "service provider for Indie developers", which helps get a developer's game published while they maintain their creative control. History In 2016, the process for developers interested in working with the Collective was the following: developers would submit a pitch to the company on a rolling basis. The pitches would then be presented to the public through the Collective's website, and a polling process would take place once a week, with anyone welcome to vote on the projects that excited them. While the polling process was not the sole determinate for which developers the Collective would assist, it played a pivotal role. Square Enix took five percent of the games revenue after fees. Nintendo Switch Games
The Nintendo Switch is a video game console developed by Nintendo, for which games are released both in physical and digital formats. Physical games are sold on cartridges that slot into the Switch console unit. Digital games are purchased through the Nintendo eShop and stored either in the Switch's internal 32 GB of storage (64 GB in the OLED version) or on a microSDXC card.
