REMA 1000-ligaen is the premier professional men's handball league in Norway. It was established in 1966, and it is currently contested by twelve teams. Sandefjord TIF is the championship's most successful team with nine titles, followed by Oppsal IF with six. Elverum Håndball is the most successful in the Playoffs, with 11 titles. Drammen HK
Drammen HK is a team handball club from Drammen, Norway. Currently, Drammen HK competes in the Norwegian First League of Handball. The club was founded on March 3, 1992. The foundation was the result of a long going project where handball clubs in Drammen and Lier gathered to discuss how to build a "Top Team" candidate for the region. The project resulted in two clubs joining forces - Reistad IL from Lier and IF Sturla from Drammen. The two clubs transferred their senior players to the new club, but continued as separate entities concentrating on development of children and youngsters. The colors of Drammen HK became blue - the same color as background of the city coat of arms. Reistad IL was qualified to play in Norway Premier Division, so Drammen really got a flying start starting at the top level. Bækkelagets SK
Bækkelagets Sportsklub is a Norwegian sports club from Bekkelaget in southern Oslo, founded in 1909. The club has sections for skiing (including ski jumping and biathlon), orienteering, handball, football, floorball and track and field athletics, previously also bandy. It is known for organizing one of the world's largest youth football tournaments, Norway Cup. Handball The club consists of 850 active handball players. The women's handball team won the Women's EHF Cup Winner's Cup in 1997/1998, and again in 1998/1999. The club also reached the final in EHF Women's Champions Trophy the same two seasons. In 1998 Bækkelaget had the best women's team in Europe. The club still plays in the Norwegian top league, but ambitions are far lower than in their best period. Grundig (; ) is a German consumer electronics manufacturer owned by the Turkish Arçelik A.Ş., the white goods (major appliance) manufacturer of Turkish conglomerate Koç Holding. Fyllingsdalen
Fyllingsdalen () is a borough of the city of Bergen in Vestland county, Norway. The borough is located southwest of the city centre in the Fyllingsdalen valley, west of the mountain Løvstakken. The neighbourhoods of Fyllingsdalen mainly consist of fairly large apartment buildings with little industry or commerce. The valley's name comes from the farm name "Fyllingen" (from Old Norse: 'fylingr', related to Old Norse 'fæla' - hide/hidden) and "dale" (from Old Norse: 'dalr' - valley) and is attested in 1437 as "Fylingir" . Halden
Halden (), between 1665 and 1928 known as Fredrikshald, is both a town and a municipality in Viken county, Norway. Bærum () is a municipality in the Greater Oslo Region in Norway that forms an affluent suburb of Oslo on the west coast of the city.
