	Por Mis Pistolas ''Por mis pistolas'' (aka ''With My Guns'') is a 1968 Mexican comedy western film directed by Miguel M. Delgado and starring Cantinflas and Isela Vega. Vega's film career took off after this film. The film is a satire to the Spaghetti Western genre in vogue in the late 1960s.Pilcher, p. 199 Plot Fidencio Barrenillo (Cantinflas) is an apothecary from a Northern Mexican border town in Sonora who discovers the property deeds of an old silver mine in Arizona, ''La Veladora'', belonging to his ancestors, and decides to head to Arizona to claim his property. On the way he is captured by a tribe of Apaches and is about to be burned alive, but High Chief Caballo Recostado (Manuel Vergara) stops the burning ceremony since he has a toothache. Fidencio learns about this and offers to heal the Chief. 	Pedro Galván (actor) Pedro A. Galván (1833? - December 12, 1892) was a Mexican general, 25th governor of the Mexican state of Colima (interim), and governor of the state of Jalisco. A main avenue in the residential area of the City of Colima bears his name. Military career Pedro Galván began his military career in 1854 under General Ogazón and was then promoted to brigade General on the Liberal side during the Reform and Intervention wars, in which he lost a leg in battle. He took part in the Plan of Noria in 1872, alongside Porfirio Díaz. Political career He was elected federal deputy for Jalisco in 1875 and was later elected as the 2nd Senator for that state in 1877. 	Eduardo Alcaraz Alfredo Vergara Morales (13 April 1915 – 18 April 1987), best known by the stage name Eduardo Alcaraz, was a Chilean-Mexican actor. Born in Santiago, he was based in Mexico since 1951. He appeared in films such as '' Escuela de rateros'' (1958) alongside Pedro Infante. He also worked as voice actor in many movies and cartoons. In 1949, while working at Radio Quito in Ecuador, he participated in an adaptation of ''The War of the Worlds'', similar to how Orson Welles had done a decade earlier in the United States. Alcaraz was in charge of the script of this new version, which like Welles's version represented the events narrated as if it were a true transmission. 	Alfonso Mejía Alfonso Mejía Silva (16 November 1934 – 29 December 2021) was a Mexican actor. He was best known for his lead role as "Pedro" in ''Los Olvidados'' (known in English as ''The Young and the Damned''), for which he won the Best Child Actor award at the Cannes Film Festival in 1951.
