Polly Morgan (cinematographer)
Polly Morgan is a British cinematographer who has worked on the studio feature films ''Lucy in the Sky'' (2019), '' A Quiet Place Part II'' (2020), ''Where the Crawdads Sing'' (2022), and '' The Woman King'' (2022). She was also the cinematographer for multiple episodes of the TV series '' Legion'' (2017–2019). Morgan is accredited by the British Society of Cinematographers (BSC) and the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC). To date, she is the only woman to be a member of both, and she is the youngest member of ASC. Prior to becoming cinematographer, Morgan worked in the film and television industries since the early 2000s as a production assistant and in multiple roles of the camera department. She worked under numerous cinematographers and attended the American Film Institute's AFI Conservatory as a Fulbright Scholar, graduating in 2010 with a Master of Fine Arts degree in cinematography. Seamus McGarvey, ASC, BSC (born 29 June 1967) is a cinematographer from Armagh, Northern Ireland. He lives in Tuscany, Italy. He has received two Academy Award nominations for his cinematography, on Joe Wright's 2007 drama ''Atonement'' and his 2012 adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's novel ''Anna Karenina''. Walter C. Pfister (born July 8, 1961) is an American director and former cinematographer, who is best known for his work with filmmaker Christopher Nolan. Some of his collaborations with Nolan include '' Memento'' (2000), ''The Dark Knight Trilogy'' (2005–2012), and ''Inception'' (2010).
