Polish Open (golf)
The Polish Open is the oldest and most prestigious professional golf tournament in Poland. First played in 1994, from 1996 Challenge Tour, 1996 to 1999 Challenge Tour, 1999 it was included on the Challenge Tour, and subsequently on the Pro Golf Tour (formerly known as the EPD Tour). In its capacity as a national open golf championship, starting with 1994 champion Gary Marks (golfer), Gary Marks the winner earned qualification to the Sarazen World Open, an unofficial money event on the PGA Tour 1994–1999 featuring national open winners. Ondřej Lieser (born 12 August 1991) is a Czech professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. In 2020 he became the first golfer from the Czech Republic to win on the Challenge Tour with victory at the Andalucía Challenge de España, and the first Czech golfer to gain a full playing card on the European Tour. He represented the Czech Republic at the 2020 Summer Olympics tournament but finished at the last place. Amateur career Lieser represented the Czech Republic at the 2012 Eisenhower Trophy. Jeremy Freiburghaus
Jeremy Freiburghaus (born 30 May 1996) is a Swiss professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He won the 2022 English Trophy on the Challenge Tour. Early life and amateur career Freiburghaus started competing internationally at a young age, and won the 2012 Finnish International Junior. In 2015, he won the Memorial Olivier Barras in Crans-sur-Sierre, a professional tournament. He represented Switzerland in the European Young Masters, European Boys' Team Championship and European Amateur Team Championship, plus twice in the Eisenhower Trophy. Julien Brun
Julien Brun (born 1 April 1992) is a French professional golfer. He has won three times on the Challenge Tour, firstly in 2012 as an amateur, before winning again at the Open de Bretagne and the Empordà Challenge in 2021. Amateur career Brun played college golf at Texas Christian University. In his freshman year (2011–12), he won three events. He also won the opening tournament of the 2012–13 season. In September 2012, Brun won the Allianz Golf Open Toulouse Metropole on the Challenge Tour. He was the sixth amateur to win in Challenge Tour history.
