The 7th Annual Latin Grammy Awards were held for the first time in New York City, NY. The awards show was held at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, November 2, 2006. Humacao, Puerto Rico
Humacao () is a city and municipality in Puerto Rico located in the eastern coast of the island, north of Yabucoa; south of Naguabo; east of Las Piedras; and west of Vieques Passage. Humacao is spread over 12 barrios and Humacao Pueblo (the downtown area and the administrative center of the city). It is part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area. History The region of what is now Humacao belonged to the Taíno region of Humaka, which covered a portion of the southeast coast of Puerto Rico. Eric V. dela Cruz (born November 20, 1981, in Manila) is a Filipino theater actor. He played Oedipus alongside Gigette Reyes in the 2004 production of Sophocles' play ''Oedipus Rex'' and has appeared in TV shows and films. Early life He was born Eric Villanueva dela Cruz in Manila, Philippines, to engineer Enrique dela Cruz, Sr. and singer Isidora dela Cruz. He has three siblings. Rock en español () is a term used widely in the English-speaking world to refer to any kind of rock music featuring Spanish vocals. Compared to English-speaking bands, very few acts reached worldwide success or between Spanish-speaking countries due to a lack of promotion.
