''PokerFace'' (also known as ''Ant & Dec's PokerFace'') is a British game show broadcast on ITV, where one person is guaranteed to win £1 million. The show was created by Ant & Dec, who also host it. As implied by the title, ''PokerFace'', is based on the bluffing aspect of poker games. The contestants do not necessarily need to get the questions right in order to win, and can bluff their way through the game and pressure their opponents into folding in order to win. The show was originally going to be called ''The Con Test'', but the name was changed just weeks before the show began. However, the Australian version is called ''The Con Test''. Series 1 of the show was aired nightly for seven consecutive days (the seventh show being the final), whilst series 2 saw the show moved to a Saturday prime-time slot, lasted for seven weeks. Ant McPartlin
Anthony David McPartlin (born 18 November 1975) is an English television presenter, singer, rapper, comedian and actor. He is best known for working alongside Dec Donnelly as part of the presenting duo Ant & Dec. Ant & Dec are a British television presenter, television presenting duo, consisting of Anthony McPartlin (born 18 November 1975) and Declan Donnelly (born 25 September 1975), from Newcastle upon Tyne, England. The Con Test
''The Con Test'' was an Australian game show which premiered on 7 February 2007 on Network Ten. It was filmed in Sydney and was hosted by Andrew G and Brigitte Duclos. Format and Rules The show followed the same general rules and gameplay as the UK show ''PokerFace''. Six contestants began the game facing a total of up to 28 questions for a chance to win $50,000. Before the game, there was a segment of the show called "The Grilling" where each contestant gave a brief description about themselves (their age, occupation, achievements and qualifications). Some contestants made false claims about their personal status. Their opponents then replied to them with criticism about their claims. István Vágó
István Vágó (14 February 1949 in Budapest, Hungary) is a Hungarian television host and political activist, best known as the host of "Legyen ön is Milliomos!" the Hungarian version of ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''. RTL (formerly: RTL Klub) is a Hungarian free-to-air television channel owned by RTL Group. The channel began broadcasting three days after its main rival TV2, one of Hungary's first commercial TV channels.
