Pleaseeasaur
Pleaseeasaur (pronounced Please-ee-uh-saur) is an American comedic musical act made of JP Hasson (formerly in We’re Not From Idaho and Touch Me Zoo, both with Joe Genaro of The Dead Milkmen). The music is high energy camp style humor. The live performance usually includes Hasson in many costumes, each of which coincides with the song, along with multimedia animations of related images on a large screen. Many songs are commercials for fake companies such as "No Prob Limo", "Pizza Brothers and Sons, Inc." and "Action City News." Eventually garnering the attention of executives at Comedy Central, who in 2006 released what was essentially a greatest hits CD/DVD titled ''The Amazing Adventures of Pleaseeasaur'' featuring music videos directed by artist TH3 and a cartoon adventure, animated by the team from the Adult Swim series '' Sealab 2021'' and '' Frisky Dingo''. Neil Hamburger
Neil Hamburger is a fictional standup comedian and singer created by Australian-American entertainer Gregg Turkington. Distinguished for his misanthropic jokes and anti-comedy style, Turkington has released a number of albums as Hamburger and has appeared as the character in various films, television shows, and other media. In 2015, the act inspired the feature-length film ''Entertainment'', which stars Turkington as a "variant" of the character. Imputor? is an independent record label founded in 1999 by Darrin Wiener (aka Plastiq Phantom) and Jordan Snodgrass. Originally based in Seattle and San Diego, Imputor? began releasing experimental electronic music (also known as Intelligent dance music or IDM), and has since expanded into styles such as Indie rock and Comedy. Imputor? moved its base of operations to Portland, Oregon. History The duo had first met 7 years earlier while attending high-school together in Vista, California, a suburb located in North San Diego County. The name ''Imputor?'' is said to be a made-up contraction of the phrase "I am a computer." It was inspired by the title track ''Select Imputor?'' from Plastiq Phantom's debut CD-R EP which was released by the label in 1999. Pinback is an American indie rock band from San Diego, California. The band was formed in 1998 by singers, songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Armistead Burwell Smith IV and Rob Crow, who have been its two consistent members. They have released five studio albums and several other releases.
