Plaza South Tower
The Plaza South Tower is a 20-story office building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The tower was completed in 2006 as part of a three building mixed-use complex known as "The Plaza." The other buildings include the Solaire at the Plaza, residential condominiums, and The Plaza North Tower. The building has been managed by Vesta Property Services since January 2009. Solaire At The Plaza
Solaire at the Plaza is a residential tower in Downtown Orlando. The tower is directly above the Premier Trade Plaza. Both were built at exactly the same time and have similar design. The building, like much of the other towers, has a crown that is lit at night. The tower created a dense pocket of buildings in the area around Suntrust Center, and now is a major turning point in the skyline of Orlando. The tower is the seventh tallest building in Orlando as of 2010, standing at 359 feet and is 30 stories tall. Premiere Trade Plaza Office Tower III
Premiere Trade Plaza Tower III is a 13-story office building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The building was completed in 2006 is part of a three building complex known as Premier Trade Plaza. In 2007, developer Cameron Khun announced that the presumptive anchor tenant had decided against buying 60,000 square feet of office condominium space in the plaza, thus not permitting them to retain the naming rights for the buildings. The naming rights for the plaza and the two office towers cost $300,000 per year.
