Platform is a London-based post-production company established in 2001. Starting out as an editing house for children and sports programmes, the Soho-based facility now covers a variety of long-form and short-form projects in broadcast and advertising with its services offering audio, online editing, grading, visual effects and graphics. The creative team at Platform is currently led by managing director Jo Beighton, recently appointed in the summer of 2017 after a period of consultancy, partner and online editor Simon Cruse and partner and lead VFX artist John Cryer, all sharing a third of the company. D'Arblay Street
D'Arblay Street is a street in the Soho district of the City of Westminster, London, named after Frances Burney (Madame d'Arblay). It was formerly known as Portland Street and was built on land owned by the Dukes of Portland known as Doghouse Close. D'Arblay Street runs from Poland Street in the west to Wardour Street in the east. It is crossed only by Berwick Street. On its south side are Portland Mews and Wardour Mews. History D'Arblay Street was laid out in 1735 as Portland Street on the site of the former Doghouse Close, the same land on which Noel Street and the north part of Berwick Street were built. The land was in the ownership of the Dukes of Portland, and leases were granted by the Duke, and the Duchess of Portland when the Duke was a minor, to building tradesmen such as masons and bricklayers to enable houses to be erected. Art Attack
''Art Attack'' is a British children's television programme revolving around art, currently hosted by Lloyd Warbey on Disney Junior, and originally airing on CITV hosted by Neil Buchanan from 1990 to 2007. The original programme aired on CITV between 15 June 1990 and 19 May 2007, and was presented by one of its creators, Neil Buchanan, throughout. Buchanan also wrote and produced the programme, and came up with a majority of the creative ideas. A new series launched on Disney Junior (UK & Ireland) on 6 June 2011 and was presented by Jassa Ahluwalia. Each show involved Ahluwalia voicing-over footage of an artist producing three works of art, taking the viewer through the various stages of production step by step. ''ChuckleVision'' is a British children's comedy television series created by Martin Hughes and the Chuckle Brothers for the BBC. ''Thomas & Friends'' (originally known as ''Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends'' and later ''Thomas & Friends: Big World! Big Adventures!'') is a British children's television series that aired across 24 series from 1984 to 2021. Based on ''The Railway Series'' books by Rev. W. Awdry and his son Christopher, the series was developed for television by Britt Allcroft. ''It's a Mystery'' is the fifteenth studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Seger, released in 1995 (see 1995 in music). As with his prior album, it is credited to the Silver Bullet Band, though many of the tracks feature a wide array of session musicians and the members of the Silver Bullet Band itself only make limited contributions to the album. Despite hit singles and fan favorites such as "Lock and Load," "Manhattan," and "Hands in the Air," the album charted at No. 27 on The Billboard charts. This was Seger's lowest chart position since 1976's ''Live Bullet'' which charted at No. 34 on the Billboard 200.
