Liza Tarbuck
Liza Tarbuck ( ; born 21 November 1964) is an English actress, comedian, and television and radio presenter. Early life Liza Tarbuck was born in Liverpool. She is the daughter of comedian Jimmy Tarbuck and his wife Pauline, with an older sister, Cheryl, and a younger brother, James. She trained at the National Youth Theatre and RADA graduating in 1986 alongside Clive Owen, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Mark Womack. Acting Tarbuck's first big break came in 1987 when she landed a starring role in the Granada Television comedy series '' Watching'', opposite Emma Wray. After graduating from RADA, he played Rick in 3 episodes of London's Burning as firefighter Sally Reid's swimming instructor. He also played Bridge Street Market Inspector Michael Rose in the BBC soap opera '' EastEnders'' from 1996 to 1999, and DC Ken Drummond in the ITV police drama, ''The Bill'', from 2002 to 2005. John Pickard (born 2 November 1977 in London) is an English actor, best known for playing David Porter in the BBC sitcom ''2point4 Children'', and Dominic Reilly (brother of Tony Hutchinson, played by Pickard's own brother Nick Pickard) in Channel 4's ''Hollyoaks''. William Nicholas Stone Courtney (16 December 1929 – 22 February 2011) was an Egyptian-born British actor. He was known for his long-running role as Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart in the BBC science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. Early life Courtney was born in Cairo, Egypt, the son of a British diplomat father and half-American mother. His paternal grandfather was the journalist William Leonard Courtney. He was educated in France, Kenya and Egypt. On his maternal side, Courtney was descended from New Zealand politician John Cuff.
