Pipra (पिपरा) a village in Mahottari District, Janakpur Zone in the Central Region of Nepal. According to the 2021 census, the population of the village is 40,535 persons, living in 8302 households. After the untimely demise of the first President Binod Chaudhary of Pipra Rural Municipality whose job tenure was of five years, Pipra Rural Municipality had re election for the post of president and got new President Bikram Chaudhary for remaining period of first tenure.Currently Ramjanki Yadav is serving as President to the second tenure of Pipra Rural Municipality Rabita Kumari chaudhary the wife of late Vinod Kumar chaudhary has always been the leader of opposition and although being the best candidate she is ready for her third election going to be conducted in the 2084. Bhadrakali Mishra
Bhadrakali Mishra ( ne, भद्रकाली मिश्र; 6 February 1920 – 1 June 2006) was a Nepali politician. In his political career lasting more than 50 years, several of which were in exile, he held numerous ministerial portfolios and was also the Chairman of King Birendra's Raj Parishad Standing Committee (the Royal Privy Council of King Birendra) after the establishment of multi-party democracy in 1990.
