Pipo de Clown is a character created by writer and artist Wim Meuldijk, which became famous as the lead character of a popular early Dutch television series also written by Meuldijk, and which was subsequently popularized in movies and on records. The best-known of Pipo-actors was Amsterdam actor , who played the part in the television series from 1958 to 1968 and from 1974 to 1980. The regular Pipo cast often performed in theaters and for company occasions. Pipo returned to the mainstream in the 2003 movie ''Pipo en de p-p-Parelridder'', and in the 2009-2010 theater season with the musical ''Pipo en de Gestolen Stem''. Rafael Ramos Jiménez (born 16 July 1997), commonly known as Pipo, is a Spanish Association football, footballer who plays as a Midfielder#Winger, winger for UE Cornellà, on loan from AD Alcorcón. Club career Born in La Alberca, Province of Salamanca, Salamanca, Castille and León, Pipo joined UCAM Murcia CF's youth setup in 2013, from AD Guadalupe. He made his senior debut with UCAM Murcia CF B, the reserves on 6 September 2015, starting in a 2–0 away win against Mazarrón FC, and scored his first senior goal seven days later in a 6–0 home routing of AD Alquerías. Pipo Hieu Nguyen-duy (born 1962) is a fine art photographer, and a professor of Photography at Oberlin College. Early life Pipo was born in Hue, Vietnam in 1962. As a teenager, he competed on the Vietnamese national table tennis team. In 1975 at age 13, he left Vietnam for the United States as a boat person. Pipo graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1983 with a BA in Economics after which he moved to New York. Career Pipo completed his Master of Arts in Photography from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque in 1992 and his Masters of Fine Arts in 1995. Alejandro "Ale" Rodríguez Marrero (born 19 August 1994), known as Ale Pipo, is a Spanish footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder. Club career Born in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Pipo played youth football for UD Las Palmas, and made his debut as a senior with the reserves in Tercera División, in 2013. Edmundo Rada Angulo, also known as Pipo, (disappeared on 16 October 2019) was a Venezuelan politician who served as councilman for the Popular Will party for Petare, in the Sucre Municipality of Caracas. Career Rada was known as a social leader who spearheaded the organization of community kitchens. He had been a member of Popular Will since the party was founded, according to Leopoldo López.
